SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping within the United States. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Free Shipping on Orders of $40 or over $40. If your order is under $40, you must pay a flat cost of $5.99. We do not take any types of taxes and membership fees.
All orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to process. Delivery transit time approximately 7-10 business days after processing. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@silkydecor.com as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition it was received. It should also be in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances (where applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Replacement
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@silkydecor.com. If the case is deemed valid, SilkyDecor will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
Note: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. There is no restocking fee.
Free Product
We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.
Changes on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.
